2. Refund Policy

2.1 Services Refund

Services rendered by Integrix are customized and involve significant preparation and allocation of resources. Therefore, refunds for services are generally not provided once the project has commenced.

Should unforeseen circumstances arise, clients may request a reschedule of services by contacting us via the contact form. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be communicated at least 5 business days before the scheduled date.

2.2 Information Products Refund

Due to the digital nature of information products, we offer a refund within 7 calendar days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded or accessed. To request a refund, please submit your request through the contact form with order details.

2.3 Goods Refund

Goods purchased through Integrix can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery if they are unused and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us using the contact form. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item.

3. Payment and Refund Method

All refunds will be issued using the original method of payment. In cases where this is not possible, alternative arrangements will be discussed directly with the client.
